Once you submit an order on Opulent Lamp, our team begins preparing it for shipment. All orders go through a verification and quality check before they leave our facility. This processing period typically takes between one and three business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding nationally observed holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods such as product launches, playoff seasons, or winter holidays, processing times may extend slightly. We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible without compromising accuracy or packaging quality. You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order has successfully moved from “processing” to “ready for shipment.”
Order Cutoff Times
For standard processing, our daily cutoff time is a specific hour in the early afternoon based on our warehouse time zone. Any order placed after this cutoff will begin processing on the next business day. For example, if you place an order late on a Friday evening, processing will start the following Monday morning. We do not guarantee same-day processing for late orders, even if you select an expedited service at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Carriers

Domestic Shipping
For shipments within the same country as our warehouse, we offer the full range of shipping methods described above. Most domestic orders sent via standard shipping arrive within a predictable window of business days after dispatch. Expedited and express options significantly shorten this window. Remote or rural addresses may require one to two additional business days for delivery, even with expedited services.
International Shipping
Opulent Lamp proudly ships to many international destinations. However, please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. When you place an international order, you are considered the importer of record. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order can be lawfully imported into your country.
We do not have control over customs processing times, which can vary widely. Delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our responsibility. Additionally, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees by your local government or carrier. These charges are not included in the price you pay to Opulent Lamp. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of any potential fees before placing an international order.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to size, weight, or material composition. For example, some lighting products contain components that are prohibited in certain countries. If an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your selected destination, the checkout system will notify you before payment. We also do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain large or heavy packages. Please check individual product pages for any shipping limitations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to twenty-four hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation. If your tracking number does not show any movement after two business days, contact our support team through the website.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Opulent Lamp is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation shows successful delivery to the address you provided. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, first check with neighbors, family members, or your building’s mailroom. If the package is still missing, you may need to file a claim directly with the carrier, as we cannot issue replacements for deliveries that were successfully completed according to carrier records.
For packages that are lost entirely in transit (no delivery scan), we will work with the carrier to investigate. Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing the complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. If you realize you made a typo or entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct the address. Once the order has been packed or shipped, address changes are no longer possible. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to a re-shipping fee.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouse locations. In such cases, your order will arrive in separate packages, potentially on different days. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package. We do not charge additional fees for split shipments beyond the original shipping fee calculated at checkout.
